I met Paul about 15 years ago when I was selling my first house which was listed with another broker. I saw how Paul dealt with prospective buyers and sellers. When I saw his aggressiveness, His knowledge of the housing market, the way he explained to everyone about the property he was selling, I said to myself that if I ever have to sell a house or buy again, I will hire him to do it. For sure, in 2011 when I wanted to sell my Hicksville house, I called several brokers in the area for interview. Paul impressed me the most. He never promises anything that he does not deliver. He told my wife that we should not be home when the buyers come to see the house. Boy was he right!!! The house sold in bad market for very close to what we were asking. He is not like other brokers who will sweet talk to you. I get no personal benefit in recommending him. I have seen him in open houses. But he stands out in crowd. He will tell you all the good and bad things about the house right upfront which will educate you. If anyone is considering buying or selling a house, they should try Paul and see for themselves.

Met Paul about 5 or 6 years ago when we were contemplating selling our home and going to a neighboring town. We sat with Paul and after discussing our wants and needs, he convinced us to remain in our home.
