We used Nanci to sell out house. We choose her because of her knowledge of the neighborhood and her thoroughness. She was diligent and responsive. Our house sold based on our open house. There were some complications on the buyers side but she got us through the process without a hitch. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a great realtor!
