Having been born & raised on Long Island with long family roots from Queens to the Hamptons. Gina DeMaio has the ideal foundation for selling & buying homes. “I know the Island like the back of my hand”

Over the course of 30 years of being an entrepreneur & running successful businesses, she’s developed fantastic communication skills needed to relate to her clients as well as being a fantastic transaction facilitator.

After graduating from Nassau Community College with an Associates degree in Fashion & Interior Design she immediately went to cosmetology school where she had a wonderfully long career as a hairstylist & makeup artist in Southampton, NY.  Being in an upscale area for 20+ years taught her how to communicate with her clients to know exactly what they were looking for & how to deliver in the end to keep her clients happy!

 In 2019 she transitioned into real estate, where her warmth & ease with clients takes them to a level of comfort that naturally keeps them as Forever clients. “I’m able to speak with my clients on a personal level & truly understand what they need”.  “My clients become lifelong friends & that’s why I love what I do”!
