BIO

Bradford is a Long Island native, hailing from Northport, N.Y. He attended St. Anthony’s High School in Huntington and is a graduate of Skidmore College. The love of real estate was passed down to Bradford from his maternal great grandfather, who owned many commercial buildings in Kings Park, Long Island. As a youth, Bradford watched the potato farms and fields be replaced with sub-par tract housing clad with vinyl siding and poorly insulated paper thin walls. This fueled an interest in him, to create beautiful, eco-friendly homes that were historically inspired and architecturally appropriate. He came to the Hamptons several years ago and established his office in the heart of Southampton Village at 116 North Sea Road, across the street from the Southampton Post Office.
Bradford presents to all the brokerage firms, from Saunders, Elliman, Sotheby’s & Corcoran to Nest Seekers, Halstead Properties & Brown Harris Stevens, on a weekly basis. In these presentations, Bradford has informed brokers that currently, there are is not a lot of new construction inventory available in the $1mm – $3mm range. Therefore, if they have clients from Manhattan or elsewhere, seeking a Hamptons home at this price point, they must begin contemplating teardowns. In 2015 the only feasible way to move into the Hamptons villages is through the purchase of a tear down in the village of choice and building a custom home.
Bradford’s determination and experience have helped him to penetrate the exclusive Hampton’s Real Estate Community. From the potato fields of Northport to the rolling farms of Haygrounds, Bridgehampton, it is all the same beautiful Long Island topography.
