BIO
Alex’s hallmarks are his infectiously positive attitude and strong work ethic, as well as an ability to help clients persevere when they start losing hope. Alex noticed early on that the number-one complaint about real-estate agents is that they are poor communicators who are bad at following up, and vowed that he would be the exact opposite. During his three years in the industry, Alex has gained the trust of clients, customers, and other agents through his direct communication skills and consistent follow through.
While growing up, Alex watched his father and stepfather start businesses, and learned that none of life’s rewards come without hard work. "Both my father and stepfather would start working at 7 a.m., work all day, have dinner with the family, and then go back to work until 10 or 11 p.m.,” Alex says. “They would also often work on weekends."
Their ethic had a profound impact on Alex, who went on to earn his B.A. in Communications from the University of Arizona. He uses those skills to find common ground with almost everyone he comes into contact with, and further honed his customer service skills while working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car — consistently recognized by J. D. Power & Associates for the highest level of customer service in the car rental industry. While working as a sales associate at market-research firm Frost & Sullivan, Alex negotiated deals ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, and has found that skill set immensely useful in the buying and selling of homes.
For Alex, a client is someone to be valued and never taken for granted. Understanding a client's needs, and delivering what they want, is the key to successful home sales and purchases. Most importantly, Alex always keeps his word. His “whatever it takes” attitude — and drive to accommodate his clients — ensure that at some point during a transaction, you might meet his equally spirited 6-year-old son, who occasionally tags along when a sitter is unavailable.
