William studied Hospitality Management at Nassau Community College and afterwards began work in Restaurant Management. William has honed his craft in guest service in various successful restaurants in New York, such as Panera Bread, Legal Seafoods, Havana Central and Seasons 52 to name a few.He even gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in Orlando, Florida for The Walt Disney Company at Walt Disney World.
